Even in a good climate area, the control are known for getting seized or rusted into place so you have to cut the bolts out. If you have any winter, it is almost guaranteed they are rusted in place. Here is the fix to stronger bolts and better coating.

NOTES:
No instructions needed only tips.
1. Make sure you put the bolts in the same way they came out on the upper axle side.
2. 150 ft lbs
3. Cut the pass side upper bolt out that will not come out due to the down pipe.
4. 10-13 uses an 18mm bolt on the lower arm. These are insanely hard to obtain and very costly. They only are produced in grade 10.9 which is same as OEM, but fine thread for more clamping force. These large bolts cost WAY more.
5. If you live in a rust belt, add anti seize to the shank of the bolts.
