PSC Part number SG853
FITS OEM AND AFTERMARKET SWAY BARS FROM THUREN FABRICATION & CARLI.
This Unit was designed just for the popular PSC boxes. You are here reading this because you are probably sick and tired of the Ram steering wonder AND wearing out your box in 60k miles, or you already know the benefits of the brace but your old set up doesn't fit your Aftermarket big box with small shaft. These bars are designed to help the sector shaft on steering box from flexing when turning steering wheel. This in turn will tighten up your steering wheel feel and stop a lot of the road wondering, and saves your box from prematurely wearing out. These units are designed around using aftermarket sway bars like Thuren or Carli where most braces don't.
- Made in USA including bolts.
- 3/16 1080 metal

- Super thick durable powder coating to resist rust.
- High quality Spinco unit bearing for a long life span.
- Life time guarantee (excluding unit bearing).
- Also to help with the steering wonder check out our intermediate shaft bushings.

- Again If you have a PSC ,Borgeson big box, most likely you have the small shaft but the big box. MEASURE SHAFT diameter of threaded area first before ordering!!!!!!!!!!!
7/8" is small, just under 1.25" is large (30mm) shaft not nut. Super easy to tell just by looking at it. But if you don't know how to read a tape well, use the open end of a 7/8" wrench on the shaft to verify. We are not responsible for you selecting wrong size shaft nuts. See product pics for more help.
- In order to cut down on paper and ink, here are the instructions. This is a straight forward easy install that takes about an hour the first time.
***NOTES***
- DOES NOT FIT POWER WAGONS
- Modifications maybe needed for plow mounts
( I will not know what needs to be done, many
different plow brands do different things)
